Our Cold-Smoked King Salmon is exceptionally fresh and masterfully smoked using Alder wood chips. This wild-caught salmon, harvested from Washington’s Columbia River in September 2025, can be delivered to your table within just a few days.

Our King Salmon is sold in portion sizes ranging from .5 to 2.5lbs at $40.00 per pound. Please select a pre-weighed portion.
