1. IS YOUR STEELHEAD WILD CAUGHT OR FARMED?

All of our steelhead is imported from Norway. It is farmed in icy cold ocean waters using the best techniques in the industry. The fish is fed a healthy diet with no antibiotics, no GMO products, and no hormones. The fish is certified 100% parasite free. Because of this, we are able to smoke fish that has never been frozen. Wild-caught fish must be frozen during processing for safe consumption. Steelhead that has never been frozen before results in a product with unbeatable texture.

2. DO YOU USE LIQUID OR NATURAL SMOKE?

We never use liquid smoke, artificial flavors, or any chemical preservatives in our cold-smoked steelhead. Our ingredients are simple and natural, and the smoke is produced from Alder wood chips.
