We opened our smokehouse in 2022, smoking steelhead for a specialty grocery store in Washington state. From day one, we were committed to developing unique recipes and curating traditional favorites. Being parents to five growing children, it is important for us to create products that are healthy, delicious, and honor our European heritage.

Our smokehouse facility is located in Roy, WA. Although we are not open to the public, our products can be found at the following stores:
