Lemon Pepper Steelhead Jerky Strips

Honey, lemon and black pepper infuse flavor into juicy cold-smoked steelhead. Jerky strips are smoked and dried longer to create a more intense flavor and texture.

Sold in half-pound bundles, the jerky is packed in paper and plastic packaging. We do not vacuum seal jerky, as it would rehydrate the fish again and change the flavor and consistency. 

1/2-pound bundle has approximately 5 fillet length strips.
