Cold-Smoked Smelt

Freshly wild-caught river smelt is cleaned, brined, and cold-smoked to achieve nostalgic Slavic flavor and texture. 

Sold in 1 pound bundles at $22 per pound. Each pound has approximately 12-16 pieces. Sold by weight. Our cold-smoked smelt is packed in paper and sealed plastic packages. It is not vacuum sealed to preserve the texture of the fish.
