Sourced from pristine icy ocean waters, our steelhead is farmed using industry-leading techniques.
Sold by the pound at $30, fillets range from 1.5 to 3.0 lbs. We smoke fresh fish weekly, and orders placed by Monday ship the following Tuesday. Fillets are halved for convenient shipping and storage, though full fillets are available upon request with possible additional shipping fees.
