Steelhead fillets are sold as whole fillets at $28 per pound. Please choose a pre-weighed fillet with a size that best suits you. Sizes range between 1.7 and 2.0 lbs.
We smoke our fish every week. All steelhead orders placed by Saturday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Please note: For ease of shipping and storage, we cut the fillets into halves. If you prefer full fillets, please send us a message with your order. Extra shipping costs may apply.
